As members of the search & call team, we have been praying regularly for you.

The atmosphere in our church is hopeful and unified. Hopeful, in that we are ready and in anticipation of what our Father wants to do through us in the coming days. Unified, in that we have come to realize that one of our most attractive assets, our two distinct worship services, is something very unique and is worthy of celebration. We have also come together over the last couple years to beautify and update our facility by installing new carpet and fresh paint. In addition, the people of our church pulled together to purchase a new organ and raised over $35,000 in 10 months!

Our Hot Dog ministry has given us hope that we can be the nucleolus of good in North Kansas City and though this and other programs we can “put the unity back in the community” that God may be Glorified.

We have been through a lot of transition over the last few years, but we have persevered. The valley is lush with many deep rooted trees but we have begun and are ready for the ascent up the mountain of God. Our size may describe a pastoral congregation but we are eaglets, perched for flight, and we are functioning as a program sized church. We are looking for someone who can meet us where we are but lead us in flight to places God only knows.

Other areas of strength:
SERVICE: 75% or more of our body is actively involved in the church.
ELDERS: 20 strong, active and unified.
CARE CALLING: Our homebound population are well cared for.
